Blue Mountain Bistro in Fort McMurray

Went on a sunday afternoon around 1 and they were unable to provide the roasted veg panini or the veg quiche. So, after being told their burger patty was homemade and not frozen I decided to give the big bite burger a try. The patty was 100% processed, not to mention hard and dry. When mixed with everything else the overall flavour was decent, however. Also, a bottle of beer is super overpriced at 8.50

They didnt have much available because the menu was new whatever that means. The food was good but fairly overpriced for what we got. Seems they need to hire more people maybe.

We had a meeting at this funky bistro downtown for breakfast. They feature an excellent choice of conventional breakfast or several more health choice entries. The coffee is fresh and service friendly but a bit slow that day.Myself and a friend went here for a late lunch. First impression - had difficulty communicating with staff due to language barrier. We each had panini & soup. Prices fairly cheap for a nice coffee shop.

Horrible service , overpriced and they couldn't even cook an egg. Been a while since I felt so strongly about a breakfast.

I was in town for work and went here for lunch. Normally I grab something and head back to the hotel to eat. I decided to stay and eat at the blue mountain Bistro. I order the pork adobo with garlic rice and a cappuccino. It turned out to be the best meal I've had on the road. Not know anything about adobo but it was seasoned beautifully and made me take my time eating (which is rare for me). The service was wonderful and the chef came out and told me the detail of the recipe and where it came from. This is a must stop for me every time I am in town. Highly recommended the blue mountain Bistro

Try anything on the menu it's delicious! Its gets rather warm in the restaurant when the sun is out, but in the summer the patio is great.

Great location, nibbles & hot chocolate. Great on a rainy or sunny or wintery day. The glass patio fully opens to allow the weather in or completely seal it out.

The staff was very helpful here. I went in and asked about what snacks they had and they were able to tell me exactly when each item on their shelves was made and when it was put on display. The items I bought water delicious and the coffee is really good as well.

The food was just ok and I ordered an Chia tea latte and it was nothing special. I could have made the samething at home with my Starbucks mix.

A quiet little spot off of the main drag...tried my first Keto Coffee...satisfying and most delicious! Seems I cannot resist Eggs Bene these days...mine were sans muffin but mighty tasty! Staff was sluggish in their service even though not busy and that was distateful considering previous reviews read. Would have tried more but staff was uncertain of allergens in their food. Weird with all the food sensitivities folks all have in 2019.

Excellent sandwiches, great coffee and friendly staff...it's a perfect spot for a quick lunch when your downtown. Parking can be hard to find, I usually park at the mall and walk across the street!!!

I really enjoy this place! Their beverages are usually great and the atmosphere is lovely and inviting. The only unfortunate thing is that their plant-based options only are fairly limited, but aside from that it is an excellent place!

On my first full day visiting my sister in Fort McMurray, we decided to have lunch here. The Pesto Chicken sandwich and Turkey soup was amazing! I also had a London Fog made with Almond Milk and I could even tell. The staff are also super friendly! I will always go here when I visit here!

Great place to stop for a bite in the heart of downtown Fort McMurray. A soup and a sandwich hits the spot on a cold day.

Wide selection of fresh foods and desserts. Very good drip coffee (pricy at over 3$ for a medium but in line with the Ft Mac economy).

Nice fresh pastries, but why the heck can't these folks make a decent espresso? Bitter and terrible.
